I grew up in Mifflin County PA. I left as a teenager to find the world. Traveled on four continents and found it in California; where I have now spent more than half my life. I long to watch the snowfall, know my neighbors by name, see something around the next "bend" but another group of track houses. I'm going to move back to PA next year to the beauty of these pictures. Your site has been a great inspiration to know that I am making a good decision for all the right reasons and you can still go home again. Thanks.

I grew up in Slippery Rock and Tarentum but I'm presently living in South Korea and have been here for ten years. This year I got homesick for some vivid PA Fall foliage. Korean Fall foliage is nice, especially for the Kinko tree which is a vivid bright yellow, in addition the foliage here last into late November, but the hillsides and mountains are not on fire with color like I romantically remember PA hillsides to be. Thanks for these images which help me confirm the images that are imprinted on my childhood and young adult mind.

I grew up in Wetern PA. Regretfully living in hot Georgia. I worked with my father at Moraine State Park as a teenager. I have been terribly homesick. The photos are beautiful. Thank you for touching my life at such a needed time.

I thank you for depicting the country life in your eyes impeccable journey i had looking at them .. my husband and I were farmers horses ... he past away 3 yrs ago and i sold the farm was to much up keep and down sized .. :( not the samw but god bless you for the site ...

Hi Beth - I live west of Erie and you have truly captures Pennsylvania. I love this state. Prehaps one of the few states where you get to see all four seasons. Great job!

Hi Beth-- thanks for sharing your photos. I grew up in Hershey, Pennsylvania and absolutely love the state. I'm flying for the Air Force now and I'm stationed in San Antonio Texas-- not quite a "Pennsylvania" but it'll do for now. I miss those rolling hills and vaulted forests. I wish I could only see the flash of color the roof tops of those forests will reveal in the next few weeks. But I'll be home for Christmas-- let it snow!

we , due to whatever reason decided to settle in Antalya - Turkey. I'm married to my lovely wife, Melissa, for now eight years and have two sons, Berk -7 yrs and Bora 2,5
yrs old. Photography is my hobby for the last 20 years. Having used Mamiya, Bronica,
Nikon now I'm in digital with my Olympus cameras. Well, if you happen to visit Antalya
