Rick started taking photos in high school and college where he worked on the school yearbooks. Wildlife and landscapes have always been his favorite subjects but being a horse breeder lead to horse show photography as well.

Now retired from the Information Technology field, Rick spends most of his time on his property northwest of Cochrane.
