Just some fancy new paprika I started using (imported from Spain, no less!)
I used to t hink paprika was paprika . . . not so
This stuff has an intersting sweet, smokey taste . . . hence, the name

I like paprika. Guess I was one of the ones who thought it was all the same. I'll bet this tastes delicious. You could even use a little more than normal.
