No, I never knew the little dried up sacks were shark eggs . . . .interesting

We walked the shore as she asked why a certain person was a grunch
A grunch? Did she mean a Grinch?

No, no . . .a grunch . . . .

OH! Her husband realizes she means GROUCH

I grew up on the Chesepeake Bay (near Long Beach, MD.). I miss it. It's fun to see your photos that bring back fond memories.

Cool - she's right, certainly the ones I've seen have contained dogfish (incidentally did I mention my wrestle with a dogfish whilst diving recently!). Loved the story Pete!
