25 OCT 04 INTERIOR DESIGNER.

The interior of your mouth, that is
He is a Prosthodontist (crown and bridge man) and a perfectionist

A combination that works well if you are his patient

He’s working by hand on something that needs detailed attention
Whoever receives this piece will have a work of art . . and won’t even know it
=]

We had a power outage today, but only for portions of the clinic
Strange

So I went around photographing the few I could find working on something

There are two for today:

He would have to be a perfectionist... I'm sure his patients expect no less from him. A very nice candid shot of the professional at work.

If I ever meet Dracula, I will advise to him to go here, and ask this guy...He looks very
competent!! Great shot!! I like this B&W.

Nice black and white image!!

He looks engrossed. And no blue (white and red) stripe today either!
Guest 26-Oct-2004 07:12
He looks very PAP SMEAR to me... OooooooH I better schedule!

Nice B&W image.

Looks familiar! Nice finish!... your lab uses foil on the lathe too! :)
Cliff26-Oct-2004 03:08
Ooops, I meant "mold", not "mould". My teeth arn't _that_ old :o).
Guest 26-Oct-2004 03:07
LOL!!! I hope I don't have to see this guy too. Recently, a co-worker need to have this done and we found out it is quite painful and the price is sky high. Nice shot Pete.

I just had another crown and my dentist showed me the mould and the crown fitting etc. It is incredibly detailed and skillful work. Nice photo rendered in b&w.

LOL at all the nutty comments. You do bring a smile to people, Pete :)
Great photos, both of them. Really.
Guest 26-Oct-2004 02:33
If my wife ever knocks my teeth out, this is the guy I want on my side!
Guest 26-Oct-2004 02:12

jude . .first you'd hafta BE normal . . LOL!! JUST KIDDING!!! And Ray . . because we can =] HA!
Guest 26-Oct-2004 01:35
I can see with that little smile on his face, he likes his job. That's a good thing right? I like both pictures equally,,, very talented work.
Ray :)26-Oct-2004 01:32
Surely one of the less appreciated pieces of art - the dental work I mean - not your picture, as that's excellent, esp. in mono. Hey, why do you guys have 'outages'? Its much easier to have power cuts as we say over here =)

Nice b&w candid shot. kind of cool to see someone doing work one doesn't normally see. Well.. YOU do.. but.. like "normal" people..LOL.

:D

I like this one... sharper etc.
BTW, had a good chat on the phone with a colleage of yours who is a fellow Pader-- Doug Sandquist who practices in Las Vegas.

This is a nice photo of someone who is very meticulous (SP?) about what he does.
