17 OCT 04 OLD GIRL

This is the other choice for today . . .my dog
And her eyesight, bless her heart, is failing

She thinks she's watching a bird on the feeder
It's just light playing & reflecting off the feeder

But she struck an intuitive pose
So I snapped her

The other choice is my Chem book =P

Such a sweet shot. Poor doggie. Aging is hell. :)

When the beard turns gray, the distance between your eyes and a book to read it grows proportionaly to the increasing number of white hair. :-)
If she keeps a good smelling capacity is more important.

We've the same problem with our old dog, her eyesight is going as quickly as her hearing. Nothing wrong with her sense of smell though. Always knows when someone is eating!

Nice pose. Her eyesight may be failing, but yours is still sharp to catch this.

I love this shot....was drawn to it instantly from the thumbnail. Now that I know the story, I love it even more!

cool picture - and what a sweet face! :)
Guest 18-Oct-2004 00:48
Awww... I think she's sweet. Now I feel bad that you make her fetch your paper in the rain. ;)

I am just kidding; I have no doubt she's spoiled rotten, as she should be. :)

Old girls are the very best! Love her, dearly.
