Nice photo. Great capture of these "men at work." But you enjoy watching this stuff?! I guess it's faster than watching grass grow. ;)

VERY NICE! Portraits in the workplace always help bring out the most natural expressions!

Pete,

I really like the finish to this image. It goes well with the subject.

Thanks for your comments once again. I've really lapsed on my PaD and with the upcomming work load, I doubt I'll start it back up in the near future. Looks like the camera will be out during some practices and weekends for now.

Thanks again,
Rob

I love woodcrafting too. Another talent I completely lack. :) This is a wonderful candid. Looking forward to some more from the show.

I agree - the sepia here really works. Excellent descriptive shot.

That looks fun what he's doing. Nice job!

Looks like he is enjoying what he's doing. Nice capture :)

This is fantastic. The sepia is a perfect compliment to the guys and their wood turning stuff. I love all the sawdust everywhere, but then again I love sawdust for some reason.
Anne Young02-May-2004 04:12
Fantastic capture. The sepia tone is a nice effect for this photo.

You've got me whirling with this one Pete. Very nice capture, and I too like the sepia.

That is an exceptional photo - captures these men in their element. LOVE the sepia, again seems to capture these men, sort of a wood tone, if you will. Great!

I wonder who cleans all the dust from the lathe after the exhibit is done? Lookd like an interesting exhibit.
Guest 02-May-2004 02:54
Nice capture... I wonder how many wood chips he pulls out of his beard each night?
Guest 02-May-2004 02:51
