Thanks Wes & Rod, I appreciate the kind words. It was a challenge sometimes to get someone to stay in the frame long enough. Cheers/Pete

Thanks Sam & Bill for stopping in & leaving a note. It's always good to hear (see?) your point of view. ^_^

Thanks for dropping by my gallery. I love this photo ... it give me another thought ... there is a new Japanses cuisine, BAKED FISH EYEBALLS ... looks like this guy has a great stall with an amazing variety.

Great angle and colour! It's interesting that we can take many good photos if we pay more attention to common things around us.

yes, you're right Ray, it does feel good to have so much response. I like learning from these encounters. I especially like the alternative suggestions (please feel free to post less than flattering remarks . .I've only been doing this a short while, I KNOW I have a lot to learn)& I learn from all ya'all's experiences.

This is just amazing! Its already been said - its really encouraging when you get such a lot of praise, isn't it?!

the geometric figures are great! round gumballs in round dispensers arranged in layered ovals surrounded by square tiles with the prefect addition of a person to give it a human element. Wonderful! (Do you suppose whoever designed this set up considered what it would look like from above?)
Guest 17-Jan-2004 04:47
Hello, fellow Virginian! I really like the angle of this. :)

Great perspective!

Thanks Allen . .it didn't take long actually. It was pretty busy that afternoon. I tried to get one with several people at once but everyone was in such a hurry that someone was always walking out of the setup, so I settled for just one.

I'm with everyone else here: great angle. How long did you have to wait for someone to buy a gum ball?
Guest 16-Jan-2004 19:45
Wow! I agree, this is a great angle! :)

Thanks everyone . .I feel i get great motivation from this group. I am amazed at what I can see now if I just look DOWN.

I love this view! From the ground level, you'd never realize what it looks like from the top! Very nice! :)
