that's the way I learned to make omelets, from a chef at the Marriott in Rochester NY. Like albums, especially the Picture a Day. Knew a fellow once who took a photo of the same site in the California desert every day for 25 years as a study of the terrain. He worked for the US Geological Survey. George Campbell
