I went Biking thru the First Landing State Park today
And ended up falling with my bike & scraping myself up a bit (I'm fine, just embarrassed)

Altho a SAR person graciously (& fortuitously!) attended to me & my (stoopid!) injuries, that's not what the SAR people were there for

A hiker/jogger has been missing for two days

Hope he is OK when they find him




***EDIT: The jogger's body was found off the main trails; foul play is suspected***
