While black contrasts with white,
the milky water was harmoniously blended together with the black rocks.
And the glittering shells decorated the rocks beautifully.
“Yin” (dark/cold) and “Yang” (bright/hot) form a Chinese philosophy of duality
that describes two opposing qualities yet harmonious coexistence.
Yin and yang are neither substances nor forces.
They are generalized descriptions of the mutual correlations
in human perceptions of phenomena in the natural world.
