Being multi-racial and multi-cultural, Singapore celebrates many festivals throughout the year. December is the time to celebrate Christmas and the small city state is generously adorned with Christmas trees and decorations. Tanglin Mall, just off the end of Orchard Road, has its own snow storm every evening - subject to weather conditions as the advert reminds us. Well of course ;-)
