Communication Good and Bad

I got this electricity bill this morning, which stated despite my regular monthly payments, I suddenly owed them £582.89!

An hour after opening the bill, a man from the electricity company called just asking if I was happy with my their service! I sort of said "No, what the fick is this all about?". We checked the meter and concluded that the meter reader must have been a bit tipsy when he came two days ago.

So instead of owing them £582.89, they now owe me £7.29!

a nice story! lucky you , you could communicate with them... not always possible! I love when they have an automated phone service detecting what you are saying, but not understanding....
