Meet Vladimir. He runs the snack stall outside Ostbahnhof on Sundays when the antique market takes place. He told us he was born in Kazakhstan 72 years ago and later trained in Moscow, latterly working in Latvia His work as an engineer took him to both the UK and Canada back in the sixties. He moved to Germany in the 90’s but proudly wears the cap of his mother nation.
