I was walking on the other side of the road in Clapham High Street when I saw this poor guy come off his bike. I had just arrived at the scene when an ordinary looking car pulls up and two undercover cops appear! The guy was in absolute agony and it seems he was in an innocent collision with another cyclist.

And it was "In Town Without My Car" day today!

Good reportage. Undercover? Who would have thought two guys with bullet-proof vests and hardware belts were undercover cops?

Behave yourself in Clapham, you will be amazed how many of these Q cars are riding around. Possibly the cyclists own fault for being in the road, he should have been on the pavement with all the others, knocking down old ladies, and screaming abuse at them for getting in his way. Thats what happened to my 86 year old mother.

Oh!The poor fellow! I hope he had no bones broken. Those policemen look worried.
