November 1 2003:
Wey in Autumn

Guildford, Surrey

Since beginning this project my trips into nearby Guildford have dramatically increased! This shot was taken just behind the city's main department store and its theatre, and not out towards the country as you might think.

Tell me you have this printed up and hanging on your wall. Seriously, Ray, this is just plain gorgeous. No two ways about it. Amazing. So warm, so rich. It embodies all the beauty I anxiously await to see and capture every fall. The light is wonderful. This is honestly one of the most beautiful fall photos I have ever seen. Splendidly photographed. -- angela :)

What an amazingly rich frame you've created here, Ray! WOW!! The colors are awesome, the lighting couldn't possibly be better, and those reflections... incredible! :)

Perfect. I love it when the reflection is deeper than the reality. Adrienne, next to me said, "That's a beautiful one".

This is great. I love the reflection. We are very similar: I, too have a spot (Norfolk Botanical Gardens) I tend to visit over and over. Always something new to see and find! -- Rod :)
