March 11 2009:
Last Light at St. Dunstan's

Woking

Woking's Roman Catholic church is now in the final throes of demolition. It was built in 1925 and held its final mass in 2008, as a brand new church has been built not too far away.

It is very near the railway station so would you bet on some nice appartments being built here?

I love this image, the light is great and there is plenty of mood, what a shame to have it taken down...

it'll be replaced with some new flats that wont last half as long as the church building has!
