This weekend is London’s ‘Open House’ weekend celebrating the capital’s architectural heritage.

The famous Hoover Building in west London was built in 1932 and was in use by that company until the 1980’s when it passed to Gallacher tobacco. More recently it has been purchased by Tesco who use the rear half of the building as a supermarket. Being a listed building, its art-deco features are retained.
