Guildford hosted a bus running day on 30 May 2004. Eight restored vehicles from the old Aldershot and District company "Tracco" faithfully recreated many local routes using the original buses in the area.
They were my local bus operator and it was a joy to see so many vehicles wearing the attractive two-tone green livery which was worn in the fleet until they merged and lost their idendity in 1972.
