I see your point...this one is stuck between wanting to be an abstract and wanting to tell a story and finds itself doing neither

Too pretty? Not necessarily. I think the problem is that the photo lacks much interest. There's nothing "urban' about it. The processing is nice, but just not much there to capture our attention. (One man's opinion, of course.)
