Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic

Karlovy Vary is a very small town in Czech Republic. It is best known for its Wellness and Spa which actually was a result of the many HOT SPRINGS all around the Town.

The pressure from underground pushes the water on several exit holes, creating a Fountain-like effect.

The feel of the city is very old and medieval, with horse drawn carriages to carry eager beager tourists. Be careful though, prices tend to be a little touristy too.

Another POINT of INTEREST is the hotel we stayed at, which turned out to be a surprise as well. GRAND HOTEL PUPP happens to have hosted scenes from JAMES BOND's CASINO ROYALE, and Queen Latifa's HOLIDAY.

This hotel was not too expensive, in relation to its fame, service was very good, and the kitchen was just Splendid, with the only Lady Chef in Czech cooks as the Chief Chef.

The hotel itself is already a Museum-like edifice, with original walls, paintings, furniture, ceilings, posts and windows from the Original 1701 when it was a Saxony Hall.

It looks like a great town. I plan on visiting the Czech Republic. I will have to put Karlovy Vary on my itenerary.
