I can and do walk to work now. Yesterday it was freezing(obviously)
I came on these leaves and got to thinking how fast seasons are cycling now.

Had a patient today tell me "even though I'm older and my joints hurt, and I'm slower
I wouldn't want to go back"
Thought about it and realized I am in a good place right now.
Contentment
Isn't automatic ,many choose to be discontent.
I find content people look around and see situations much worse than their own.
Discontent is bred from envy,always seeing something better and wanting it.

We have limited our kids to 3 presents at Christmas.
Guess what,they are content because they don't expect more
We also point out the kids and people much less fortunate.

My hope is you have a blessed Christmas season,remember what it is about.
