This fellow "makes his living" in this park area(probably 5 acres) sifting thru trash cans and refuse on the ground .
Not 1000 yards away the same amount of land is supporting a thousand people!!

This guy was also reminded me not to stereotype people.
He actually put trash in the can that had nothing for him!!
