We have had a pair of American Kestrels who nest each year very close to where I park near my
office, for the past several years.

I absolutely never tire of looking for and finding them and trying to get good shots
before they spot me and fly away. This year, they have spotted me and pretty much stayed there
in spite of my camera :)
