Thanks so much for all your well wishes on my sciatica and shin splints. I appreciate it.
I do best in the morning. The pain progresses with the day. So, I'll post and comment in the
morning and maybe quickly post one at night before I sit down with heat.

This rocky formation stands out nicely against the blue sky... I know what it is to live with pain and it' no picnic. I've broken both wrists and I find them to be great weather barometers...
