Fanfare ~

A "Norman Rockwell Special Moment."
My Mom loves having a handfan and they keep getting broken;
I found this giant fan at a local Dollar Store and
surprised her with it.
In one of the pics below, you can see a
cardboard fan which one of the Aides made for Mom;
she was delighted.
