Red Wine Vinegar, and Garlic. Cooked in Iron Skillet
Set on Medium— 6 minutes on each side. (See next Recipe for
more details— Smothered in Veggies)
Baked Quinoa-Veggie Burger in toaster oven set on
350 degrees. Baked each side 6 minutes.
Dressed toasted bun with Homemade Mayo, Mustard,
Catsup, Chives, Sliced Tomato.
