Scalloped Potatoes plus

Layers of Potatoes,
Cashew Cream Sauce,
Squash, Onions,
Shredded Carrots,
Tomatoes, Mushrooms, and
Marinated Soy Curls;
Basil, Parsley, Lemon Zest,
Pepper, Ginger. Yum!
This is good! Baked for 45 minutes
at 375 degrees.
