This is my favorite snack or mini meal in a glass!
Simply Delicious!
Dump ingredients into blender and turn the power on high.
Blend until smooth and serve.
2 Frozen Bananas
3/4 cup Frozen Blueberries
4 frozen Strawberries
1/3 cup Peanuts or other nuts
Peppermint Leaves
(In order to add more protein, I sometimes add a scoop of
Powdered, Vegetable Protein.)
