The "Tale of a Mouse" was possible because the cursor on my gallery page (website)
has a tail attached to it that reads, "Celebrate the Arts and the Creator."
When the cursor is moved the tail moves with the cursor and
as it moves faster and faster a blur is created.
ou can see what I'm talking about by going to
www.caroljphipps.com and go to the gallery;
move the cursor around.
(By the way ~ the tail doesn't work in Firefox
but does work in Explorer.)

This was not meant to be a commercial; just looking for the action.)
