Fresh organic, fruits, and vegetables are great eaten raw
With some Balsamic Vinegar or Cashew Cream (blend a cup
Of Cashews with a cup of water until creamy).

Colorful. You can make peach cobbler and stuffed peppers. Somehow I don't think that goes well together.
