This itty, bitty crab spider came out for a look-see when I picked an adjacent dead flower to "improve" a potential image - not knowing of course what would ensue. As I watched it, it crawled inside the flower where it became a "part" of the flower - almost imperceptible. Within a minute a small, winged insect landed on the flower and walked in for a meal - unwittingly, it became the meal when the spider pounced on it. By the time I got my camera, lunch was over. The shrub is sage.
