Link to pattern and materials used below pictures. Kim Rueth's pattern is designed for using triangle beads, but she mentioned lentils could be used. I tried both. I thought the lentils pendant came out much better due to the floppiness of the one made with triangles.
I stitched the 2 Point Taken pendants together stuffing them with a large ~16mm round Swarovski crystal that you can see sparkle though the holes. I then added Swar. 6mm bicones for the centers. One side,purple, was made with triangles & tended to flop, adding the crystal inside made it really pop out! Original pendants before combining sides
I did not like how the purple side flopped. The yellow side with lentils had a nice dome shape. I thought combining the 2 pendants with something in the middle to make the purple side pop might work. Now I have a reversible pendant that doesn't flop.
