This ground cover grows like a blanket underneath our trees and along borders in sun and shade.
They are in bloom now with minuscule flowers, so I got right down into the dirt to try and get a shot of them.:o) Not sure but I think it's Sedum?
When people ask about them I always say, "They are the 'Most Well Behaved plants', never grow out into the grass or where they shouldn't, plus survive any weather & soil condition beautifully".
