Klotter/Conroy is a district within Over-the-Rhine. The district offers some impressive views and has
its own residents association http://www.klotter.org/. John & Tom Walter and the city can be credited
with revitalizing this part of Over-the-Rhine and can be seen here during the ribbon cutting ceromony
