I used to work at this Peabody Coal Dock in the late 70's. What a shame E.St. Louis has become.

you are exactly right, but who gives a darn about a city that has no revinue to pay its bills (state greed)...If the town was cleaned up, I believe this would force people, businesses and STATE to work together. Bring back a once beautiful town that make people proud, and I bet this wouldn't be happening, because people would't allow it.

I don't mind picking up litter or cutting down weeds. But if we continue to sit around saying something needs to be done rather that going out and doing something the STATE of the environment of East ST Louis will remain the same.
