It is almost Christmas, and, interestingly, I have no place to eat...since about forever. No x-wives, no family back East, no female friends...Oh, there's a client or two if I wanted to, but...I am out today and thought, No, at home, it's almost Christmas, I love my fresh river trout with sweet peppers...and so I am going to do that, for myself.

And started early, this very December 23...almost Christmas, it was tender and yummy!
