Paul, There are a few cactus in the canyon, but no saguaro - it is too high for them. Most of the other cactus, like barrel cactus, are below 5000 ft. Jim

I guess I might have been able to recognized its from you place but it fooled me. Big time, must have been the 190mm. Do cactus grow up in the canyon? Paul

Paul, This was taken from my backyard. There is a low lying fog that stretches up to the mountains, then a series of cloud levels at various altitudes. The peaks at 9000 ft are totally socked in. Jim

Love those low hanging clouds, you must be up in the canyon! Is that a pair of hiking shoes I see hanging on a fence post on the right side near the cactus? Paul
