After a few days of rough stormy weather the local birds were getting hungry. This scruffy little one was perched in our backyard waiting for a chance at the bird feeder to get something to eat. I tried to keep the feeder filled with food until everything returned to normal. If you look closely, you can see the streaks of raindrops falling in this image.
