Actually, the buildings don't bother me; the dark leaves in the upper left do. They distract from the snow covered branches and cold winter scene.

Looks fine to me, I had a tree entered earlier in the challenge but I removed it for no good reason. I might have to agree with Dave about the background buildings but they would be pretty easy to remove using the clone or healing brush. Paul

Nice shot. I'm doing my best not to let the buildings in the background distract me from the tree and its reflection.
