Thanks. I was just playing around trying to soften the water a bit. I may try again later, or may not.

now that i see your pohoto without editing I don't believe you needed to make any edits, it stands fine on its own. And like I said previously I don't think you use that lens enough. Paul.

I think you are seeing PS operator error. I went backed and looked, and the focus point was on the far swan's back. The overall DOF is about 25 -30 ft, so I don't think the MFA will help.
However, I had tried to blur the water in PS, and when I looked closely, my mask had some problems around the swan. I think that might have led to what you see.
This shot is without the blurred water.

I think you should be using that lens more often after you tweak the MFA anyway, focus looks to be slightly behind the farthest swan. Paul
