Déjà vu

Saw this on my way home from an interview today. Looking for things out of the ordinary and this jumped out at me coming around a corner. I stopped and talked to the home owner. He told me it was there when he bought the house. It's a well enclosure that looks just like the house they live in. He said they added the garage and felt they needed to do the same with the well house to keep it authentic.

Thanks for the compliments. It was a unique sighting for me. I've never seen anything like this before.

I stand about 5'10" and I was taller than the tiny house. The roof comes off in case they need to get into the well for any reason.

I like the shot, and the processing. I saw a lot of well enclosures in Vermont. My sister-in-law, whom we were visiting, told us that they built them so that people wandering home at night, after drinking a bit too much of the local hard cider, didn't fall into the wells. I didn't see any that were made to look just like the houses, though. How big is that one?

What a creative thought to enter this in the challenge. I've seen many of these over the years where the home owner builds a play house for the kids that matches the home. Paul
