Jim, it is to my great regret that I have never been to Minnesota. Since you've posted it, I've looked up your city...and it was like a revelation to me...lakes and water everywhere...and I just do not know that dirt, that ground at all...I've never been there, never smelled the air, I have no idea what it is like.

Having been away for 40 years, I was shocked when I went back to Kentucky and Tennessee early last year...it was a different world; different dirt as I like to say. And while I have been all over the world, what is Paul's Kansas like?

Ahhhh regrets.

Best Wishes, Traveller

Traveller,
You should come to Minnesota and read the fishing regs as they relate to walleye.
Same idea - protect one of the best eating fresh water fish that we have.

This is a different world for people that...don't get out and about in the country. Thanks for bringing this to us....these Regs are...substantial. Of course, trout are the easiest fish to cook, this is why I am able to cook them...soft tender meat, so I guess I understand the need to protect the feed stock.

Best Wishes, Traveller

Good catch. A spring time sign if I ever saw one.
