This was taken just after sunset and has a strong blue caste. I reduced the saturation of all the other colours to zero.

Thanks Shu. In Lightroom there is a separate control for red, yellow, orange, green, blue, aqua, purple and magenta. Each of these has a button for hue, saturation and luminance. I just set the saturation for every colour other than blue to zero. Cheers, Michael.
