4th. Solo Golfer - By Michael Kilpatrick

Not much of a story, really. I was walking from my home yesterday morning to meet friends at the zoo.
The path goes through a golf course and this man was playing alone, hitting a couple of balls. A short time after this was taken, he had disappeared into the fog.

A good choice of B&W I think, as it adds to the sense of isolation. A simple story for sure, but very well told with this image. Regards, -Najinsky

a sense of lonliness in this one. shu

A fine capture - and I love the bw treatment. We don't get a lot of fog during golfing season in Minnesota, but when we do, it can be dense enough to lose a ball in.

Story or not it's still a great entry. I'm not a golfer but I'd think it would be hard to track your ball in-flight with that much fog. Paul
