Sorry, Sharon, the little staircase is my favorite part. And this is the front of the Regal Theatre building on 42nd St. It's always colors but it's been awhile since I've seen it have a show!

Thank you, Penny! So now I know that one of my guesses was probably right, the front of a building. Is this part of an electronic billboard? The little bit of ladder on the right is a bit distracting and could probably be cloned out but other than that this is fascinating. ~Sharon
