The soft textures of the bark provides a nice counterpoint (ouch - sorry) to the sharp thorns. Nicely captured. Regards, Najinsky

Ouch indeed, great macro Mary Anne, I love the background as well. Great insect hide-away against predators of the flying variety except I guess the extremely long beaked species? ~ Regards Bob
