Blue Light Special

My attempt to recreate light spirals after reading an article in one of this month's photo magazines. (Digital Photo?) I didn't feel very successful shooting from the front. I tried from directly overhead. A glass of water resting on a piece of glass. The light is coming from an LED flashlight.

Very very good. Amazing. Definitely something I would wish to add to me "to try some day list". Thanks for an excellent post. (And blue is my favourite colour, so I cannot help to like it!)

I do agree with Kelly Bellis: this is an interesting picture, CameraShy09, but the one in "Pending" looks more "special", more creative. (I do not quite understand why you are afraid the one over there could be "off-topic"; even if the spirals weren't round enough--IMO they are!--the glass definitely is.) -- db.
