I usually shoot in bursts if shooting close up macros as well. Kind of get a rythm going.

Here's a little trick I use for low light situations. After I've cranked up the ISO I'll put the camera on high speed continuous shooting. Then I'll fire of five or six shots. I figure the action of me depressing the shutter will induce some motion. But I can hold the camera still for the next four or five shots. One of the six will be better than the others and that's the one I save. That's what I did with this shot.
Nicely captured. The composition really highlights the cool curves. From looking at the exif , shooting under those low light conditions. The shot looks really good. iso1600 nice!
