We started our 5-6 week journey in Italy just at the end of tourist season. It was snowing in the morning in Switzerland were greeted with warm, sunny weather in Italy. Our trip began with a week's tour of the Amalfi Coast just south of Naples. After several days touring Rome, we head to the hill towns of Umbria, followed by Tuscany and the Cinque Terra on the west coast.
